On the sedimenatry rocks of  Poitou, the 7 acre vineyard features soils of different geological origins( Jurassic and Cretaceous ). We adopt our viticultural techniques to each of these conditions. With the help of an enologist and equipped of the appropriate equipmnet, we produce all our wine in respect of the identity of the land. The Vineyard of Haut Poitou has been listed with the AOVDQS (Appellation d'Origine, Vin Délimité de Qualité Supérieure) Quality Label since October 1970. With its surface area of 40 ha it crosses more than 40 local towns. You can find this site thanks to the Haut Poitou Wine Trial which will permit you to meet local wine growers and producers as you discover the riches and fine produce of the area.
