The cliffs rise above the right bank of the Anglin river in Saint Pierre de Maillé. The rocks are  limestone with holes and the 120 climbing routes ( max. height 35m) are vertical and convex. La Guignotrie is NOT a site for beginners as there are less than 10 easy routes. Access to the site is possible by car, but you must park at Puygirault.
