This 9 ha park created in the 18th century by the Count of Blossac is one of the most beautiful in France. This park was specially designed for an international fair held at the turn of the century, a landscaped garden complete with grotto, ornamental lake and pavilion covering 1 ha. The park also has a small zoo and a 5000 sq.m.rock garden on the rock wall ramparts. The Grand pré (the old train station) has been rearranged to harmonize with the park and serves as a place of relaxation and leisure. Not to miss: the botanical gardens and rose garden.
