The Saint Cyr centre is on the edge of an 85 ha. lake in the centre of the 300 ha .outdoor recreation complex. The Haut Poitou Yachting Centre arranges the activities of three clubs: the Châtellerault Nautical Society, the Poitiers Student Club; and the Saint Cyr Sport and Leisure Club. Would you like to sail along the Vienne River ? Well, we can help. We offer catamarans, dinghies and surf boards for rent throughout the year. If you already own a boat but would like some help storing, caring for and using it, we also offer a boat park and organize 'friendly' races and other organized boating events. To benefit from all this you just need to join one of the three Activity Clubs - Wednesdays Saturdays and Sundays from 2p.m. - 6p.m.. Beginners and Advanced classes in dinghy and windsurf management. Our instructors are fully qualified and are available to help you with all of your sailing needs. The regular hours are posted at the Club House entrance: The sailing school also offers privately organized activities by qualified instructors for groups or individuals every day of the week. On site: swimming, fishing, tennis, archery, jogging course, canoeing, pedal boats, play area and golf. Accommodation : 4 star camp site, chalets and yurts.
