In July and August, it is possible to carry out a descent from the Ligugé or the Mill rivers by reservation only. Saint Benoît has two lovely river valleys which give you many lovely areas to enjoy. At Saint Benoit you can also hike, take a boat ride, rent a motorbike or mountain bike, and take a climb in the trees!
