Hôtel Le Lion d'Or - Chauvigny

Five castles situated on an outcrop overlooking  the river Vienne, make Chauvigny a unique site in Europe. This Hotel-restaurant, highly rated by Logis de France for both its accomodation and its restaurant, is located in the heart of Chauvigny, and has 26 rooms with television, terrace and car park. The beautifully decorated restaurant offers traditional and gourmet cuisine with many choices of à la carte dishes and set menus. The restaurant won the Mijoteux Gourmand award in 2008.
