Overlooking the charming village of Morthemer, the Notre Dame Church once formed part of the château. A complex edifice built in the 11th, 14th, and 15th centuries, the church has a single nave with four bays, a asymmetrical transept, and a semicircular chancel standing over a triple-aisled crypt, where one can see Gothic wall paintings. The church also reveals a small 11th century baptismal font and 16th century recumbent.

Also worth a visit: the Romanesque style ceremonial cross in the cemetery, and the village which has treasured many very old houses on both sides of the Dive River.
