A 12th C church decorated with dragons, griffons and lions on the porch. This sober little church, typical of those found in rural Poitou, was greatly modified during the 18th century. Built in the shape of a Latin cross, it exhibits an octagonal bell tower and both Romanesque and Gothic transitional style vaults. Only the façade has retained its original décor seen at the main doorway with its splendid traces representing animals and humans. A painted 17th. century wooden Virgin Mary and Child.
