The manor house of Logis de la Haute Porte, a stronghold until the 17th. century, was built in this hilly area during the 16th century. Now well restored, there is a guided tour of the outside of the château where the visitor may discover the vaulted cellar,  the gardens, guard tower, oven and laundry room. The 16th century dovecot with its 1,100 pigeonholes and double-domed roof has also recently been restored.

Nearby: Scévolles Forest, Guesnes Outdoor Recreation Park and the Monts-sur-Guesnes Chateau.
