Come see how Poitou beer is brewed in a village brewery. For many years, Pascal was export manager in a milk marketing company but he felt passionate about another liquid - beer. So two years ago, he decided to brew beer and he attended the Nancy brewery school to master his technique. Since then he has opened up his own brewery in Neuville de Poitou, a traditional brewery that is the only one of its kind in la Vienne. The beer is labelled with the dates of famous battles: 507 (Clovis' battle), 732 (Charles Martel), (could this be a reference to another famous beer?166 maybe?).
