The hives produce honey and all honey-based products : honey jams, gingerbread and numerous other delicacies as well as the five typical honeys of the Poitou-Charentes region. A guided visit of the bee farm helps you learn about the different aspects of beekeeping. Here you will also be able to watch how honey is extracted thanks to a fascinating glass fronted beehive. The honey farm also features different domestic and rare animals like fallow deer and emus !
